I'll add that we selected not one, but 2 Dr Pants songs for the Sampler because there were so many good ones I just couldn't choose - there's 11 more cuts you need to hear on the album. For my friends who are here from the doughnuts cave - you'll love the tour-de-force called Donuts!

Hey Dr Pants!
I heard the snipplet of the Donuts track on the podbean sampler thing, even left a comment on it there because it really stuck out. I'm looking forward to the sampler getting here so I may hear the full tune! Donuts sort of reminds me of the early MC 900 ft Jesus stuff, before he got too serious and stopped having fun with his music. I'd also like to point out how cool it is when the artists maintain communication with their fanbase!
So, now I'm finding out I'll get to hear 2 Dr Pants tracks on the sampler! w00t!
Better yet, I just found out your website allows to preview all 13 tracks!
Guess I'll be busy looking for a decent connection to check them out.

Hey I got the sampler cd and was supprised to hear the other tracks in there by Dr Pants were not 'white boy rap' like Donuts.
This is actually a relief and shows some diversity in their talents. I was supprised to hear the vocalist singing was mixed rather dry, somthing you don't hear much of these days. (most try to hide their defects under multiple layers of reverb) Very refreshing! |

The rest of the album rocks more like sasparilla girl. When I suggested Donuts as the feature cut, they wisely asked if I would feature two cuts, since the Donuts was a one-off fun thing. I was happy to show these guys are more than just a humor act.
Currently listening to the Aggrolites.
